Lebanon Confirms Three Cases Of Influenza A/H1N1
BEIRUT, May 30 (Bernama) -- Lebanon on Saturday announced the country's first confirmed three cases of influenza A/H1N1, reports China's Xinhua news agency quoting a local website as saying.
Minister of Public Health Mohammad Jawad Khalifeh said two foreigners and a Lebanese have been found infected with the fatal flu at Beirut international airport, local Naharnet website reported.
Speaking at a press conference, Khalifeh said the Lebanese flu victim remains in quarantine and that the two foreigners -- a Canadian mother and her son -- are fully cured.
